Online registration requires payment made via credit or debit card to AHEAD within seven days.
When completing the online registration form, please ensure that you complete all applicable fields; paying particular attention to typographic accuracy. The information you enter here will be used to produce your confirmation, invoice, and all credentials related to the AHEAD 2009 Conference.
After you complete your online registration form, you will be provided with a confirmation screen to review ensuring accuracy.
Once satisfied with the accuracy of everything included in the confirmation screen, you will choose “Register,” and your registration will be transmitted.
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail invoice and confirmation within one hour.
Please print that e-mail invoice and submit to AHEAD with complete Credit Card payment information and signature. You may submit your payment information by FAX or Mail to:

By registering for the AHEAD 2009 Conference you agree to all of the following: Payment in full will be made via credit or debit card to AHEAD within seven days. All registration cancellations for the AHEAD 2009 Conference must be received in writing (via FAX or mail). While AHEAD realizes that unforeseen circumstances may cause an inability to attend, AHEAD’s expenses are progressively committed several weeks in advance. Cancellations received prior to June 2, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $125.00 fee. Cancellations received between June 3 and July 1, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 fee. Absolutely no refunds for cancellation requested after July 1, 2009 will be issued. NOTE: Registration fees are fully transferable to another individual from the same institution by making such request in writing to be received by AHEAD not later than July 1, 2009. This cancellation policy is not subject to appeal, change, or alteration. Refunds for cancellations will be issued on or by August 31, 2009.

A limited number of Conference registration fee reimbursements are available to assist members in funding their attendance at the AHEAD Conference in Louisville, KY. These reimbursements are intended to assist NEW professionals who do not have ready access to peers; consequently, preference for selection will include:
- New AHEAD members with less than one year experience in postsecondary disability service provision
- AHEAD members from single-staff offices
If you are interested in applying for a registration fee reimbursement, please take the following steps:
- Register for the Conference.
- Pay the applicable registration fee; if you are selected your registration fee will be reimbursed.
- Along with your complete contact information including e-mail address, submit a paragraph of not more than 250 words regarding your role and how the Conference will be of benefit to you
- Mail or FAX your reimbursement request with a copy of your registration confirmation by June 8, 2009 to:

Applicants selected to receive reimbursement will be notified no later than July 1, 2009.

We are looking for volunteers to help meet and greet our conference attendees, distribute conference materials, work the silent auction, assist with hospitality events, and a variety of other activities.
