In 2022, the Biden Administration announced intent to update the 504 regulations and collected public comments on the matter. To date, however, there has been no indication as to when these much-needed updates will be issued by the Department of Education. AHEAD has been advocating for progress on this issue and wants to invite its members to speak up with us.
